Are rates valid for Jamaican residence only?

Rates provided on this website can be booked by anyone; locally or internationally.

Do I need identification to check in?

All guests are required to provide a valid identification at check in. Identification may be a passport, driver’s license or national identification.

What are incidentals?

Incidentals refer to any service provided by the hotel outside of what is included in the hotel rates. In an all-inclusive package incidentals may vary from laundry to telephone calls.

Can I make a booking without credit card?

A valid credit card is required to make secure reservations at the time of booking.
Other payment options are available however such reservations should be made via email to reservations@iconictravelja.com. an invoice will then be provided and payments may be made via direct bank deposits or transfers.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

As soon as you have completed the booking process the confirmation page appears. A copy of this confirmation will be emailed to you. Your confirmation includes all of your reservation details, as well as a booking number.  You can also access your confirmation online, see details of your reservation, or make changes to your booking at anytime by (signing in) to your account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one (here).

What is PPPN?

This acronym means Per Person Per Night.  It means that the rate displayed is for one person per night in a double occupancy room.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

You can cancel or modify your booking by signing in to your account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one here. Please, remember to check the property’s cancellation policy before making any changes to your booking. Non-refundable rooms and other special deals can have a different cancellation policy.

How can I see how much it will cost?

Once you have entered the dates of your stay, the available accommodation types are listed, with the rates clearly displayed next to them. You might see that the same accommodation type has a different rate based on how many people are staying, whether or not breakfast is included, and whether or not the reservation can be cancelled.

I am entering my credit card details, when will I pay?

The payment process for your stay varies based on the individual hotel and room type. You can check how you will be charged for your stay in payment description.

Should I expect any additional taxes or service charge?

All rates quoted are final. Iconic does not charge our clients any service fee.

What is single, double or triple occupancy?

Single, double and triple occupancy speaks to the number of persons in a room and not the number of beds.
Single: one person
Double: two persons
Triple: three persons
